The International Court of Arbitration for Sport has terminated the appeal proceedings initiated under Art. Lolita Rapoliene's appeal

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has terminated the appeal proceedings initiated by the Appellant in respect of the treatment of. Lolita Rapoliene against the decision of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency, by which the physician, Lolita Rapoliene, was convicted by the Court of Appeal. L. Rapolienė was found to have violated the Anti-Doping Rules. The decision of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency, by which the Lithuanian Weightlifting Federation, by which the doctor, Ms Rapolienė, was appointed as a member of the Lithuanian Weightlifting Federation, was dismissed, remains in force. L. Rapolienė was disqualified for 5 years for prescribing a prohibited method.
