2.1. the presence of a Prohibited Substance or its metabolites or residues in the Athlete's Sample;

2.2.The use or attempted use of a Prohibited Substance or use of a Prohibited Method by an Athlete;

                               Disqualification: up to 4 years*

2.3. the Athlete's evasion, refusal or failure to provide Samples;

Disqualification: up to 4 years*

2.4. Athlete's location-related infringements;

Disqualification: up to 2 years

2.5. obstruction or attempted obstruction of any part of Doping Control by an Athlete or other Person;

                     Disqualification: up to 4 years*

2.6. a Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method in the possession of an Athlete or Athlete Support Personnel;

Disqualification: up to 4 years*

2.7. the trafficking or attempted trafficking in any Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method by an Athlete or other Person;

Disqualification: from 4 years to lifetime disqualification

2.8 the administration or attempted administration of a Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method to any Athlete during a Competition or the administration or attempted administration of a Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method to any Athlete out of a Competition;

Disqualification: from 4 years to lifetime disqualification

 

2.9. aiding and abetting or attempted aiding and abetting by an Athlete or other Person;

Disqualification: from 2 years to lifetime disqualification

 

2.10. Relationships between an Athlete or another person are prohibited;

Disqualification: up to 2 years

2.11. acts by an Athlete or other Person to discourage or retaliate against reporting to the authorities.

Disqualification: from 2 years to lifetime disqualification

 

 

* These disqualifications shall apply to the first offence committed. Longer disqualifications shall be imposed for the second and third offences. For aggravating circumstances, the period of disqualification may be increased up to two years.

Members of the Athlete's Support Personnel shall also be liable for breaches of 2.5-2.11.

Athlete support staff - any coach, instructor, manager, representative, team staff member, official, member of the medical and auxiliary medical staff, parent or any other person who works with, treats or assists an Athlete who is participating in, or preparing for, a sporting event.
