Lolita Rapoliene against the decision of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency, by which the physician, Lolita Rapoliene, was convicted by the Court of Appeal. L. Rapolien\u0117 was found to have violated the Anti-Doping Rules. The decision of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency, by which the Lithuanian Weightlifting Federation, by which the doctor, Ms Rapolien\u0117, was appointed as a member of the Lithuanian Weightlifting Federation, was dismissed, remains in force. L.
